Get Our HELP
Losing a job is hard enough. Losing unemployment benefits can be devastating. Loss of benefits is a hardship few can afford to experience or are prepared to fight alone.
We help individuals challenge the denial of unemployment benefits in two ways, through direct representation and through our telephone Helpline.
All temporarily unemployed workers in Washington are eligible for our services; we determine what level of service, if any, we can provide to an individual on a case-by-case basis. We do not charge a fee for our services; however, if we help you win your case, we will ask for a donation. We suggest a donation of one week’s worth of benefits or 15% of your total benefit award.
We represent claimants at their
unemployment appeals hearings. If you have a hearing coming up that you
want help with or if you have been denied benefits and want to request a
hearing, please click here.
We also offer advice to people in all stages of the unemployment benefits process, including those who are still employed, via our telephone Helpline. If you want advice through our telephone Helpline, please click here.
